By accessing and using DYSTOWNED™ LLC ("DYSTOWNED," "we," "us," or "our") website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
DYSTOWNED creates and sells high-quality streetwear garments and accessories. Each piece is documented with a unique DUID (DYSTOWNED Unique Identifier) for authenticity verification.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may not be entirely accurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies.
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before order processing. We accept major credit and debit cards and, on eligible Apple devices, Apple Pay. No other payment method is offered unless DYSTOWNED confirms it in writing for a specific order.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to incorrect information.
Shipping times and costs vary by location and shipping method selected. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
DYSTOWNED does not offer cash refunds. Accepted returns are exchanged, not refunded. Because every piece is a one-off, the only ground for a return is condition: the piece must be completely untouched — unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with every tag attached and its packaging and DUID host unopened. A piece that has been worn, altered, laundered, or whose packaging or DUID host has been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, or we shipped the wrong item, we will exchange or repair it at our cost. Where the piece cannot be replaced — one-off runs frequently cannot be — we will refund it.
Custom or personalized items are not returnable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, images, and the DYSTOWNED brand, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.
The DUID system and associated documentation are proprietary to DYSTOWNED and protected by intellectual property laws.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: fraud, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, or violation of any applicable laws.
Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall DYSTOWNED be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
DYSTOWNED™ LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Arizona, United States of America.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
