Each garment includes specific care instructions. Generally: cold water wash, air dry, minimal heat. The DUID tag is permanent and will not be affected by normal washing. Avoid harsh chemicals or dry cleaning unless specified.

The DUID tag is designed to withstand normal washing and wear. It will develop a natural patina over time, which is intentional and adds to the products unique character.

With our cotton based materials it is possible shrinkage may occur but in neglible amounts as we do perform a pre-shrink process on all fabrics before assembly, as well as many of our pieces being garment dyed -- which further enhances the pre-shrinking. Ensuring the shirt you buy, stays the same after 50 washes and wears. Follow care instructions carefully to maintain fit and quality.

Every DYSTOWNED piece includes a unique DUID (DYSTOWNED Unique Identifier) engraved in a custom-designed, distressed, precious metal tag. This permanent tag authenticates your garment and links to production data including materials, construction date, and designer signature. This DUID tag almost entirely prevents counterfeiting due to it's complex sourcing, design, assembly & finishing process.

We only offer returns if the product box has not been opened/damaged.
